Urban Development Forum Sofia 2019

Sofia is growing and keeps developing. The growing population and the increased economic activity, saturation, and opportunities that the city provides are evidence of dynamic urbanization. The development of new zones and the regeneration of existing ones, the construction of large-scale building and infrastructure projects is not the goal in itself - it is a natural response to the needs of residents, workers, and people passing through the city and they are increasingly complex. The municipality needs a good partner in the private sector to provide solutions to these needs through sustainable and well-planned investments in buildings and infrastructure that will provide favorable living and working conditions and add value to the urban environment.

Urban Development Forum Sofia 2019, organized by The City Media Group, will provide a platform for the city leaders, the representatives of Sofia Municipality and the leading investors, designers, builders, experts and other participants in large-scale public and private projects that (will) shape the city's outlook aiming at analyzing and summarizing good models and practices in the management of processes related to the development of new urban areas, the realization of large-scale investment projects and the creation of a vibrant and functional urban environment.
